1. Acceptance
By using this website, a Litedemy app or the Litedemy user guides, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them. A school that subscribes to Litedemy also signs an agreement with us; where that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement prevails.
2. Who we are
Litedemy is built and operated by REZA APPS, Buea, Cameroon. You can reach us at litedemy@reza-apps.com.
3. This website
The website describes Litedemy and how to contact us. It is information, not an offer: features, availability and pricing are confirmed in a written agreement with each school. We may update or remove content at any time.
4. Platform accounts
- Accounts for staff, students, parents and applicants are created or approved by the school, which decides who has access and with which roles.
- Keep your sign-in details private, and tell your school, or us, straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
- You are responsible for what is done through your account.
5. Acceptable use
When using Litedemy, you must not:
- access data or features your roles do not allow, or try to get around access controls;
- probe, scan or test the security of the service without our written permission;
- upload malicious code, or disrupt or overload the service;
- use the service to break the law or infringe anyone’s rights;
- copy, resell or reverse-engineer the service, except where the law expressly allows it.
6. User guides and docs access
The Litedemy user guides are for signed-in users, and each reader sees the guides for what their own roles allow. We may grant temporary access to people evaluating Litedemy. That access is personal, time-limited and may be withdrawn at any time. Do not share your access, and do not copy or republish the guides outside your institution.
7. Intellectual property
The Litedemy software, user guides, design, name and logos belong to REZA APPS or its licensors. Using Litedemy gives you the right to use it as these terms and your school’s agreement allow, and no other rights.
8. School data
The records a school keeps in Litedemy belong to the school. We use them only to provide and support the service for that school, as described in our privacy policy and the school’s agreement.
9. Third-party services
Litedemy relies on third-party services, for example for hosting, email and form delivery. Their own terms apply to them, and we are not responsible for services we do not control.
10. Disclaimers
We work to keep Litedemy available and accurate, but we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Except as stated in a school’s agreement, the website and guides are provided “as is”.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or guides. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, or for anything the law does not allow us to limit.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end access that breaks these terms or puts the service or other users at risk. A school’s subscription ends as its agreement provides.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Cameroon, and disputes are for the courts of Cameroon, without removing any consumer protections you cannot waive.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use Litedemy after a change means you accept it.
